The body and mind are the center of Dr. Mark Petersen and Laura Snow’s work. Dr. Mark Petersen is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics with a quality-of-life focus. Laura is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in hospital, medical compliance, and oversight. Mark and Laura facilitate and encourage both providers and clients to live life to the fullest by investing in themselves.

Kailey Wilburn BSN, RN
Kailey Wilburn BSN, RN. Graduated from Baker University in 2021. While at Baker Kailey was on the Dance Team & a member of Alpha Chi Omega sorority. Kailey is a full time nurse in the Emergency Department at the University of Kansas Health System since 2022. She has received multiple certifications including TNCC and ENPC .
Kaileys aesthetic journey started with joining the team at Ridge Med Spa & Suites. Kailey is from Leavenworth County and graduated from Pleasant Ridge High School. It is important to her to bring new things into a small community. She will be providing services such as facials, micro needling, laser treatments, IV fluids and B12 shots while working on certification in Botox and fillers.

Kelsea Slaughter BSN, RN
My name is Kelsea Slaughter BSN, RN. I am thrilled to be a member of the Ridge Med Spa & Suites team! My experience in health care has been ongoing for the last ten years. My nursing journey started in 2017 when I graduated from Kansas City Kansas Community College, Registered Nursing Program. In 2021, I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at The University of Central Missouri. I have a background in Cardiology and care for patients during Postoperative Open Heart Surgery, Cardiovascular Labs Pre/Post, and Advanced Heart Failure.
My greatest fulfillment derives from treating patients to improve their clinical and aesthetic needs; specifically, anything that may improve quality of life. This includes accentuating natural beauty and promoting confidence. Treatments may include, but are not limited to Neurotoxin Injections, laser treatments, and Hydrafacials. Shiny Prakash, ARNP
My name is Shiny Prakash, and I own Shine Beauty and Wellness. I am excited to join the Ridge Med Spa Suites Family. I am a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over two years of experience in the Functional Medicine/Wellness and Aesthetics field. As someone who battled chronic illness herself, finding the root causes of my symptoms was the only way I got better and found my way to healing. In practice, I’ve learned that feeling you’re best on the inside, AS WELL as the outside, allows people to shine and feel radiant! It truly is a synergistic relationship, and I can’t wait to help you find your Shine!!!
